Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance is a type of insurance designed to safeguard owners and operators of companies from a wide kind of liability exposures. Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy pays payment of compensatory damages only but not punitive damages and fines or penalties are not covered under this policy. Intentional damage and contractual liabilities are typically not covered in these types of policies. Injuries or damage were caused by your commercial vehicle, Damages are to property that you own, rent or otherwise occupy not covered under this policy.
